She was born in Athens in 1959 to parents who were natives of Lesbos. She studied fine Arts at the Athenian Fine Arts School between from 1979 to 1984 specializing in Byzantine Art and frescos for the last two years of her studies. In 1986 she came to Spain with a grant from the Greek Government to complete her postgraduate studies and since that date lives in Galicia.
Her work can be found in private collections in Greece, Spain, Belgium, Great Britain, New Zealand, the USA as well as in other European countries. Her work can also be found in public exhibitions in Galicia and Madrid.
She has had 25 solo exhibitions, most of them in Spain, some in Greece, one in Brussels and she has taken part in 60 collective exhibitions.
