Born in Lemnos and currently reside in Thessaloniki. He works as a professional photographer, alongside Nikos Vavdinoudis (studiovd.gr).
“I photograph landscapes, people, and situations that attract my interest. In the photos I take, I seek to redefine reality, to highlight what I personally value as significant. An essential component of photography is to raise questions rather than provide answers. Over the years, influences evolve, from Bernard Plossu’s unassuming gaze and Saul Leiter’s urban charm, to Jim Jarmusch’s subtle humor and David Lynch’s strange world.”
He has completed photographic projects such as Osmosis, Rhapsody I, Greetings from Limnos, and Woman.He has attended seminars with Kostis Antoniadis, Stratos Kalafatis, and George Giatromanolakis. His photos have been awarded at festivals, and He has participated in exhibitions in Greece and abroad. In recent years, he has been publishing photographic zines with Yiannis Ioakeimidou (twospikygorillaz.com).
